About this event

Franklin Park Conservatory’s Gingerbread Competition is returning for its 19th year. This year's competition theme will be Winter Wonderland. Contestants will enter and compete for prizes in one of three categories: Youth (15 and under), Adult (16 and over), or Family/Community (mixed ages or unrelate participants).

Entry drop off will be November 28-29, 2026; 10am-4pm or 5-9pm

During December 3, 2026 through December 31, 2026, the display of homemade gingerbread houses will be included in General Admission (10am-4pm) and Conservatory Aglow admission (5-9pm).

Guests vote on the winner of People's Choice Award, a $500 prize.
