It's time to talk turkey! Elaine from Sweet & Shiny Bakery will provide you with a 6″ cake, which you will frost with a chocolate buttercream. Next, you'll learn to create fall colored tempered chocolate feathers to adorn your turkey cake. Add the finishing touches- candy eyes and a beak! While you decorate your cake, sip on a glass of wine. Each cake will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week. Your cake will be the perfect treat to celebrate the Thanksgiving season and to share with your family and friends! If necessary, please check your spam folder for communications about this class.
