GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Ohio will raise its minimum wage starting Jan. 1, 2026 to $11 per hour for workers not receiving tips and $5.50 per hour for tipped workers — an increase of 30 cents and 15 cents respectively. The measure has been tied to inflation since 2006. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette

- ➤ In November, Fairfield County listed its median home at $387,950, a 3% drop from October's median; data from Realtor.com showed about 160 new listings and homes stayed on market a median of 48 days + prices remained steady at $188 per sqft. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
