REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Realtor.com data (from September) show that Fairfield County home prices hit a lower mark as the median dropped from $345,300 in August to $315,000—a nearly 9% decline. Single-family home prices fell more while condominium and townhouse figures rose about 9% from August. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
