- ➤ In Fairfield County, the median list price for a home was $399,950 in October, which was 4.8% lower than the previous month’s $419,950 and saw the price per square foot rise by 2.6% to $189. Local data showed that homes were on the market for a median of 47 days and that 186 new listings appeared last month (these figures apply only to existing homes) (data from Realtor.com).
