- ➤ Lancaster high school sports fans are invited to vote for the Eagle-Gazette High School Athlete of the Week as six athletes compete, with the poll open (6 a.m. Monday to 5 p.m. Friday) and the winner announced after the poll closes. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
- ➤ Bloom-Carroll came from behind to win three straight sets after falling behind 2-0, beating DeSales in a five-set match at Mount Vernon Nazarene University and improving their record to 24-1 as they head to a 6 p.m. Thursday regional semifinal at Hilliard Darby High School against Lima Shawnee.
