- ➤ A study from Kuru Footwear ranked Ohio as the second-best state for trick-or-treating by analyzing factors like child population, search interest, pedestrian safety, and average temperatures on All Hallows' Eve. - ➤ Fairfield Union boys and girls cross country teams won the Mid-State League-Buckeye Division meet, with the boys earning their fourth consecutive title and the girls achieving their eighth championship in 10 years.
