- ➤ In celebration of National Cinnamon Roll Day, staff meteorologist Sarah Converse visited over 20 bakeries across central Ohio — including Lancaster — to sample rolls that range from vegan to allergy-free. She selected her top three spots based on icing, cinnamon balance and a moist, soft center. ABC6
