- ➤ Floodwaters severely damaged FIDO Boarding and Doggie Daycare on Saturday night and again Sunday afternoon, forcing the rescue of more than 30 dogs while one dog, Scooby-Doo, remains missing. The flood damage also led to the cancellation of several Lancaster Festival concerts—organizers are asking patrons not to request refunds to help support future shows. NBC4
- ➤ Lancaster residents cleaned up homes and streets on July 28 after weekend flash flooding damaged roads and some apartments near Baldwin Run Creek—about 50 people were evacuated from Sater Village as the National Weather Service forecasts more rain Monday night. Many residents saw floodwaters affect vehicles and outdoor areas while most interior damage was avoided. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette

- ➤ Fairfield Medical Center moved several outpatient services from its Main Street Lancaster offices to temporary locations after weekend flooding damaged facilities at the Kroger shopping plaza (Diagnostic Health Services, Outpatient Therapy, and the Pre-Admission Testing Clinic now have new addresses).
