- ➤ Amanda Spain, 37, from Lancaster was arrested Thursday on a charge of unlawful sexual misconduct with a minor after a report from the victim’s mother revealed a sexual relationship involving her 15-year-old son — she now awaits arraignment at Fairfield County Jail. ABC6
