  • Realtor.com data showed that Fairfield County homes sold for a median price of $333,000 in April, up 13.3% from March, while the number of sales dropped by 26.9% to 133 and total sales reached $45.5 million — single-family homes also saw a 15.4% rise from $260,000 to $300,000.  Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
