- ➤ Students from Moradokmai Theatre will perform traditional Thai dance, music and storytelling at Ohio University Lancaster on April 22 from 7 to 8 p.m., offering the community a glimpse into centuries-old traditions. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette

- ➤ Hummingbirds have returned to Ohio as sightings on an interactive map show locals cleaning feeders + preparing nectar to welcome ruby-throated and rufous migrants. - ➤ FAIRHOPE Hospice held its annual Celebrates Life event today in Lancaster, raising nearly $100K for its Memorial Fund — which helps provide affordable end-of-life care — as locals honored the legacies of former patients. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette

- ➤ Data from Realtor.com shows that in March, Fairfield County homes had a median listing price of $383,694, up 5.3% from February. Listings averaged 1,848 sqft + $191 per sqft and took 38 days on the market. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
