EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Film Columbus Teen Screenwriting Workshop and Competition will run from mid-April through mid-May, giving teens aged 13-18 from Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison & Union counties a chance to learn screenwriting with two expert-led workshops. Participants can submit a 5-7 page screenplay for review, and winning scripts will be produced by CCAD students as part of their fall Collaborative Video class. ABC6
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ High school baseball games saw Liberty Union win 6-4 over South Webster and 4-0 over Berne Union while Fairfield Union won 21-12 over Washington Court House and 5-4 over Logan Elm; in softball Liberty Union beat Chillicothe 6-4, Heath 17-0 and came from behind to beat Circleville 10-7.
