- ➤ The Mid-Ohio Food Collective is urging supporters to call state senators because it faces a potential $3 million funding cut that could reduce food aid for families in need—this is part of a $15 million decrease in Ohio food bank funds that the Senate must review by June 30. The food bank, which serves over 170,000 meals in 20 counties, said rising costs have increased demand for assistance. ABC6

- ➤ Ohio's spring wild turkey season begins soon with youth hunters eligible to hunt tomorrow, April 12 and 13, while adult hunting will start later in designated areas.
