- ➤ Lancaster High School alumni will gather Saturday, Apr. 18 at The Mill Event Center for a Closing & Crossing Reunion to mark the building's closure and a new facility's opening. Food begins at 5 p.m. from Hogs N’ Hunnies and live music by Off The Grid starts at 7 p.m. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
- ➤ Ohio University students from Lancaster took a spring break trip to Costa Rica to gain social work experience and earn academic credits. The program—led by faculty from the Lancaster and Zanesville campuses—partnered with local organizations and included homestays that offered a close look at Costa Rican culture. - ➤ Liberty Union, Bloom-Carroll, and Lancaster softball teams are preparing for the season with many key players returning from last year’s tournament runs.
