- ➤ United Way of Fairfield County has announced an urgent food drive today to support its weekend backpack program for 974 students at 13 schools. Donors are asked to contribute shelf‑stable foods by April 7 and may organize their own drives. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
- ➤ Meredith Gaudreau celebrated her son Carter’s first birthday on April 1 in central Ohio while honoring his late father Johnny Gaudreau and raising her three children (Carter, Noa, and John) as she supports her foundation's charitable work with Ohio Sled Hockey. ABC6
