- ➤ Muslims in Lancaster are observing the final 10 nights of Ramadan that began on March 19 and continue until March 28 as they focus on prayer, reading the Quran, and acts of kindness. Although Tuesday’s night is even-numbered, local worshipers prepare for Laylat al-Qadr—a sacred night when the Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad and extra rewards in worship are believed to be granted.
