- ➤ Sweet Betty on Columbus Street celebrated its first year and will expand soon with a larger dining area to serve more customers. Owner Rebecca Axe said the upgrade will boost the restaurant's capacity. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Data show the median home listing in Fairfield County was $364,400 in February, a 1.3% increase from January. New listings increased by 24.6% and homes spent 46 days on the market compared to the 70-day national median. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Fisher Catholic sophomore Hadli Gillum was named first team All-Ohio on Monday by the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association for Division VII girl basketball, leading her team to a 22-4 record with standout scores including a career-high 36 points. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
- ➤ The Eagle-Gazette is running a preseason poll asking fans to vote for the top high school softball player as the season unfolds. The poll runs from 6 a.m. Monday until 5 p.m. Friday and will reveal the winner soon after voting closes. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
