- ➤ Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost filed a lawsuit against a Baltimore company, The Painting Co. Inc. (also known as TPC), and its owner Dwight W. Artrip, accusing them of defrauding homeowners of nearly $12,000 by doing incomplete or poor remodeling work. The lawsuit, filed in the Fairfield County Court of Common Pleas, follows at least 12 complaints and extra grievances found by the Better Business Bureau and seeks restitution, civil penalties and injunctive relief. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Great Lakes Cheese Co. Inc. recalled 4,800 packages of Happy Farms by ALDI Colby Jack cheese sold at Aldi stores (Ohio, Connecticut, Michigan and Pennsylvania) after FDA tests found possible stainless steel fragments. The FDA classified the recall as Class II (meaning temporary or medically reversible health effects) and urged consumers to discard or return the product. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
