- ➤ The American Red Cross is urging donors to help ease a critical blood shortage by donating at Fairfield County blood drives — Lancaster donors have the option to donate today at the Lancaster Blood Donation Center from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a $20 e-gift card offered through Feb. 28.
