- ➤ Fairfield County Fair supporters Lloyd and Diann Helber were honored on Monday, Jan. 26 at the 101st Ohio Fair Managers Association convention at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus. - ➤ Fairfield County remained under a level 3 snow emergency on Jan. 26 as Sheriff Lape and county officials monitored icy roads after winter storm Fern dumped 9 to 14 inches of snow — only essential travel was allowed to let road crews work. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Data from Realtor.com reveals that in Fairfield County the median home listing in December was $385,200—down slightly from $387,950 in November—and about 92 new homes were listed, a 7% rise from December 2024. Homes averaged 1,963 sqft at $189 per sqft. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
