➤ Nearly 130 student musicians from Fairfield County gathered at Berne Union High School today for the annual All-County Band Performance. FINANCE NEWS

➤ Ohio expanded its savings program for people with disabilities when federal rules changed on Jan. 1, letting thousands more qualified individuals ages 26 to 46 join ABLE accounts. The program lets participants save up to $20,000 annually plus $15,650 if they work so they keep their benefits. Lancaster Eagle-Gazette
