The public is invited and encouraged to attend. Meetings of the board are open to the public, with exception of an executive session, which board members may discuss only three types of business as defined by the Ohio law: personnel matters, the sale or purchase of property, and legal matters. Since Ohio law states that all school board voting must be done in public, executive sessions are for discussion purposes only.
